Polycom Video Conferencing Tips for Organizing an Online Video Conference

Video conferencing is the modern method in employed in business communications. It serves no purpose to have video with no sound. Polycom video conference systems have built a unique solution to solve this problem by integrated an audio signal processing module that works on the incoming audio signal and removes any ambient and annoying background noise including removing the “echo effect” (common in other video conferencing systems) and produces a clean and clear audio signal that is almost the same as CD quality stereo sound. Other handy features that Polycom has put in its video conferencing system are 3 cardiod microphones that cover a 360° area and the system can detect sound of up to 10 feet giving you the convenience in speaking up during a teleconference session.
The last is an appropriate network system which isn’t completely dependent but rather on the network support that Polycom provides with its video conferencing solutions. Polycom uses a IP (H.323, SIP or SCCP) or ISDN/ IP models to support network connections.
