Well i will suggest you to get pcs-1 by sony for your both office, its really best solution coming with lcd, moving camera, laptop and other accessories for full video and tele communication system.
Depends how much you want to spend!!
Look at Polycom and Tandberg; they have both high-end and low-end systems.
My company uses http://www.accuconference.com/ and it works grate for us because you can have multiple people on the line and you just pay as you go (plus we found it to be the cheapest company when we did our research)
