    Using web-based ones, it’s pretty much just Java applets. For example, UltraVNC includes a Java viewer.
    It’s also possible to use a program which frequently captures screenshots and updates them on a web page, but this is slow and inefficient.

    It’s not possible with PHP, ASP or JSP because these aren’t real-time interactive interfaces, they’re event-driven scripting languages. Well, I suppose implementing a PHP-based SSH/Telnet client would be allow remote execution of commands, but it’s not really what you’re talking about.

    The below skill sets are required for your requirement

    1) Network knowledge (Socket programming)
    2) Application development experiance
    3) Webx works using there activeX cotrols, this is not related any server coding languages like php or jsp.
    4) Image encoding and basic concepts like colour depth, resolution etc.

    Go ahead learning all these and get it DONE.
