Does Yahoo Messenger allow for video conferencing?

I want to make a video call to more than one person. Skype doesn’t do this as well as aim. I would like to have a video conference with as many people as possible. If yahoo doesn’t do it is there any free software that does?

Possible options if Yahoo doesn’t allow for it the way you want:
Tokbox (used to work there; you can get up to twenty in a call).
Meebo
The good thing is that these browser-based services mean you don’t have to worry about operating system compatibility.
