How many full frames per second can Camtasia capture

I am trying to put multiple webcam windows on the screen and then capture them all to file. I tried using WebEx but it only does about 8 frames per second and the speakers words don’t match the audio. Can Camtasia do 30 frames per second?

Try Fraps, can do about 70 FPS i know camtastia can do about 40
