a triple net lease is “A lease in which the lessee pays rent to the lessor, as well as all taxes, insurance, and maintenance expenses that arise from the use of the property.”
Only a complete idiot would sign up for that lease.
I hope you are just the spammer and not the potential victim. I’m waiting for the DRE, and state regulators to bust that scam up.
