Importing Contact List – csv file – WebEx?

I guess the problem is the format/column titles required by webex is different from the csv you produced.
Try export a csv from webex 1st, open the csv, copy the columns from your original csv you put together to the exported csv, save the csv and import it back to webex, you should be okay then.
