		<description>WebEx is great.  It&#039;s available on demand with a credit card, and can pass through most firewalls by using ports 80/443 (the internet HTTP/s ports for web pages).  People can indicate to the host if they have a question and there is a chat window as well (at the discretion of the host).  Honestly, I can&#039;t think of a con.  I&#039;ve always been very pleased with it.</description>
