WebEx is great. It’s available on demand with a credit card, and can pass through most firewalls by using ports 80/443 (the internet HTTP/s ports for web pages). People can indicate to the host if they have a question and there is a chat window as well (at the discretion of the host). Honestly, I can’t think of a con. I’ve always been very pleased with it.
