Is Multi location video web conference possible with yahoo messenger?

Depending on the version of YM you have, yes, you can! Just turn your camera on and set to “View my Camera”.
To view other’s just click on their “View my camera” link next to their name- REMEMBER HOWEVER, web cams and chat pull a lot of resources (especially if you are using Vista OS) so make sure you clean all files and cookies then reboot your PC BEFORE you open YM. Otherwise you will either get an error message or your PC could freeze up.
