What software will work for PC and MAC users that will allow for a group video / voice conference?

PC users can’t do ichat, and Skype only does two-way I think. We tried Yahoo Messenger, but the MAC people seemed to only be able to download the version without voice, so we could see each other, but not talk as a group (only two-way via IM). We need something for free that will allow for a group conversation with voice and video.

No, PC users cannot use iChat, but iChat works through AIM, which PC users can download.
