Which programs allow video conferencing?

I have yahoo, gmail, and skype accounts. I know skype doesn’t allow you to video chat with more than one person. and have all of these accounts but i need to know if they allow you to video chat with more than one person. so if any of these programs do allow that, please PLEASE give detailed description of how to video conference with THESE programs…

If none of these programs support video chatting with MORE THAN ONE PERSON then please give me some programs that are FREE and allow video conferencing WITH MORE THAN ONE PERSON

I recommend ooVoo , I use it all the time to video chat with all my friends at the same time (video conferencing).. it’s free.. it’s fast.. and definitely user-friendly.
This will get you started:
Yahoo Messenger will allow vedio conferencing, and mostly all chat application will allow to have a vedio conference
You could look at Tokbox (used to work there & you can squeeze up to twenty in a call). Meebo might be another option. Tokbox has several options to start a video conference, so it would be hard to give specific directions for each.
One way: Go to start a video call/chat & then use the share url option. You simply need to send the url to folks by email or IM for them to join in the call.
