In video conferencing, is IP to ISDN connection possible? or it has to be IP to IP / ISDN to ISDN? thanks?

    you’re talking apples and oranges. ISDN is a data link layer protocol and IP is a network layer protocol. You can run IP on top ISDN, same as running IP on top of ethernet.
