Do I need very high end graphics card for video conferencing? ?

    Depends how good quality of video you want to send or see it can give picture depth and shades better otherwise all normal graphics cards are working fine. If you have lower bandwidth say 2 Mbps and want to have video conferencing with higher end graphics card it is no use. because it will eat your Band Width on transmission and reception.

    My sincere advice will be “Before going for any experiments, use skype and find out whether or not your card is ok”
