If you all have Macs with Leopard (OS X 10.5), iChat, which comes standard, does all the above and then-some.
Yahoo messenger will do this.
After installing it, create you various contacts, e-mails, etc. then open it, and go to ‘Actions’: teleconf’ng is at the bottom of the list.
