•I wanna particularly tell u a video converter which is really suited to U.
Frankly most surrounding me are using this software and they like it very much. It is very easy to use and fast to operate. It allows users to convert multiple files at the same time.It can convert video and audio files with comprehensive formats as follows:
Input formats: WMV, ASF, WMA, AVI, RMVB, RM, RA, MOV, QT, MP4, M4V, 3GP, 3G2, DAT, MPG, MPEG, MP3, VOB, DV.
Output formats: AVI, MPG, MPEG, VOB, MP4, 3GP, 3G2, MOV, WMV, FLV, DV, MP3, AAC, M4A, WMA, WAV, AC3, MP2.

What’s more,it is not only designed for converting formats but also allowing users to edit freely. So it saves u extra money to buy a exclusive video editor programe.

The most important is that it adopts the newest sync of video and audio technology, thus showing users HD quality video.

Btw,do not worry about its safety,it is really reliable.

I would call to see what they can offer you. I have been using them for a while for my video conferencing and I normally have 15 on it.

    EDIT:
sorry I didn’t notice it said free :) here is a good website that accuconference owns and the maximum limit is 20 but that shouldn’t be a problem for you since you only need 5 lines open.

I have used webex.com and skype.com in the past. But I would like to recommend dimdim.com to you. It is an opensource alternative for free video conferencing.

I am not affiilated to it in anyway I just saw an article on BBC Click a year ago when it was in Beta and I like their ethos.
